Youth Yoga - All Ages
Monday: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm Even for our youngest participants, the main focus of this class is to build inner and outer strength and flexibility using yoga postures in a sequenced manner. The physical practice is combined with breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body. Along with developing strength and flexibility, the kids learn techniques for self-calming and stress relief that will remain at their disposal at all times. This class is playful, encouraging, non-competitive, and fun. No need to bring anything, aside for exercise attire. Mats, blocks and other props will be provided. |
