Vinyasa Flow
Saturday: 9:00 am - 10:00 am You don’t have to be a seasoned pro for vinyasa classes, though it helps if you’ve done yoga at least a few times simply because the classes move at a consistent flow. Each class consists of a fluid series of postures and alignment principles, creative sequencing connected to conscious breathing, and energetic pace set to music. It’s a challenging workout that will tone, strengthen and stretch the body while leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and centered. This practice connects each breath with movement in a systematic way, allowing the mind to focus within the body. If you have zero experience, don't worry - that's how we all begin. Your body will adopt and change quickly, and so will you mind. |
